By downloading, installing, or using the ResumeFai: AI Resume Builder mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App & Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal career development and document building. You agree that you will not:

Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App, its styles, or underlying software logic.
Attempt to extract or translate the source code of the application.
Utilize the built-in AI endpoints or network traffic hooks outside of the standard interface provided by the App.

Important AI Content Disclaimer: ResumeFai utilizes automated artificial intelligence models to assist you in generating resume drafts, cover letters, and preparation materials. We do not guarantee the absolute accurate validity, text uniqueness, or ATS validation performance of the generated copy. It remains entirely your professional responsibility to audit, verify, and modify your career summaries before submitting documents to employers.

2. App Modifications and Charges

We are committed to ensuring the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The App displays advertisements and utilizes network data to fetch information from third-party analytics platforms and AI APIs. You are responsible for any network data or carrier charges incurred while using these features on cellular connections.

3. Data Loss Disclaimer

ResumeFai operates under a zero-account paradigm, meaning your data stays yours and is held locally in your device storage environment. If you delete the App, manually clear app caches via Android device configurations, or leverage the internal "Clear all data" action, your resumes and tracking parameters will be permanently removed. We do not keep backups and cannot restore access to lost documents.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of ResumeFai shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, employment rejections, automated system parsing issues, missed hiring deadlines, or structural software bugs.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service instantly, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These updates are effective immediately upon being published to this URL destination.
